We have a review of an older UE Kane, released back in 2021. Still one hell of a figurine!
This UE Kane is an abolsute unit. His arms and torso are massive! I also like how Mattel sculpted the one-sleeve look here. It looks and feels almost seamless. I even like the design in the tights, and the little studs found on the gauntlets and belt.
Where this figurine really shines are in the headscans. This UE Kane comes with two headscans, both of which are phenomenal! The paint job in the masks is already well done. But the cherry on top are Kane’s eyes behind the mask. Looking closely at the headscans, you can see the blue pupils and the black eyeliner. You can tell they put a lot of detail into the headscans.
One minor issue is that one of the heads can be a little difficult to put on. I had to apply some pressure to finally fit it on the peg.
The figurine also comes with several accessories, including a microphone, a cape, and the World Heavyweight Championship belt. I didn’t really find myself using the cape and microphone all that much. They’re nice touches, but the figurine is already perfect without them.
No real downsides here. This is one of those Ultimates you can always appreciate and admire in the collection. Through hellfire and brimstone…
